做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
