做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
