做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
