做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
