做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
