做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
