做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
