做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
