做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
