做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
