做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
