做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
