做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
