做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
