做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
