做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
