做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
