做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
