做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
