做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
