做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
