做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
