做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
