做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
