做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
