做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
