做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
