做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
