做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
