做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
