做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
