做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
