做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
