做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
