做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
