做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
