做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
