做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
