做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
