做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
