做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
