做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
