做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
