做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
