做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
