做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
