做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
