做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
