做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
