做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
